3D plot viewer won't rotate or tilt

I'm plotting out a point cloud and when the image is produced i can't rotate or tilt it. I'm just using the touchpad on my ASUS laptop. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Welcome to the RStudio Community Forum.

Can you post the R script that you are using to generate the 3D point plot? That way we can reproduce the plot and see whether your issue occurs on other machines. Such a "reproducible example" will also need to include some data (either a subset of yours, or one of the in-built datasets e.g. iris or mtcars). The posting guide gives more detail.

Also, post the output from this code that will provide details of your installation:
