The app that I have deployed (https://nkaza.shinyapps.io/navbar2/, id: 2749412) has a start-up timeout error. Other teammates have been able to successfully deploy test apps. Is this an issue on RStudio's side (similar to the issue in RStudio Cloud 409 error), or is it something else?

It appears you have an attempt to deploy the application from within the app.R. You probably want to run the deploy from your R session, and not include it here.
