Hi, I was using Simi Bot to do text similarity analysis, but right after I uploaded the two files and clicked "analyze data", it always attempt to display an error("An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification."). Even when I used the template and tried again, it doesn't work either. Is there any way I can fix this issue?
