I am testing the accuracy of the arima model that I created. I used accuracy function, however, I don't know how to interpret the results.

Your best bet is to look into the documentation for the accuracy() function, I am not sure what package it is from, so I can't really comment. However, if you want to understand what those metrics mean/how they are computed, you can find most of them in this list of metrics here, which are well documented.
