#Hi so we did not do acnova testing within our lecture so I seem quite stuck with the task. We got a file that includes hormonelevrl, environment and temperature. The task is now that both the environment and the temperature are explainatory variables and therefore the acnova test should be used. I already performed a ANOVA test to see if the environment and the temperature are independent from each other (which was confirmed)
Next, I wanted to check with the levene test for variance homogenity before doing the ACNOVA. I already am stuck with that one and I don‘t know how to prepare my data with the residuals that have to be defined for the ACNOVA.
