Add a caption to a summary output

I would like to be able to add a figure caption to an output of this function. I have so far failed to do so. I am not sure if i need to save the output in a different format. I just want it to look neat in the r markdown report. I have tried using pandoc and knitr. If i can add a caption below this output that would be fine. Thanks for your help.

You can use the can use kableExtra::add_footnote function to add the caption.
