Add data label in ggplot2 related to selected values for certain data in a shiny app

Data point labelling

I would like to display the Species for each data point when the cursor is over the point rather than the than the x and y values. Also I want to be able to click on a data point to make the label persist, and finally to display data labels for multiple data points at the same time (probably not more than 10 at a time. Is this possible or everything should be displayed every time? Here is my app:
