Add Toc in header

Hi - I am exploring the distill package - It's really great - Would there be a work-around now to get the TOC displayed as a drop-down in the headers -

Ideally maybe an additional parameter in the function would be great
toc_header = TRUE

You can open a feature request in the distill package if you have need or more ideas. They could be seen by the developers and discussed with the community.
