Is it possible to add a AGPL-3 license to a shiny application? If so, how can this be done? I saw something here, but I'm not sure how to apply it: https://github.com/r-lib/usethis/pull/870. I want to add a copyright (or copyleft?) to my public facing application so that someone cannot re-release my app or "proprietize" it.
but AGPLs grant everyone the right to use and modify the code. So that seems opposite to your intent?
I do want the code to be accessible and free to use and modify... I think I just don't want someone to say they originally wrote it and then copyright it? I'm new to all of this, so I'm not completely sure what's normal, here
