After AWS DDOS Attack, shiny apps cannot connect to MySQL RDS

Hello,

After AWS DDOS supposedly solved, the applications newly or already published on the Shinyapps server cannot connect to MySQL AWS RDS server (error 110).

I don't see any incident reported yet.

It could be due do DNS resolving on Shinyapps side like DNS cache not flushed or DNS propagation time needed.

Could you please open an incident and fix it : we have tons of clients waiting?

Exactly the same issue. Our Database is on an Azure server in South Africa.
