Hello,
I have two points that I would like to address because it poses a problem for my analysis:
- The first one being that I want to perform a redundancy analysis (RDA) which is an asymmetric direct constrained analysis and I would like to know if there is a limited number of explicative variables to use? I would like to use 10 variables.
- The second one is a problem that I encounter on R when I want to perform the RDA and then look at the percentage of variance carried by the axes, an error message is displayed :
"Error in data.frame(Axis = 1:length(vars3.each), Proportion = vars3.each, :
arguments imply differing number of rows: 2, 0"
I have tested and it would come from 2 variables which have no problem in the table...
Thank you for your help !
