Are there packages to calculate sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value ?

For the prediction of the aforementioned property of a diagnostic test I was looking for any packages that could be of help without having to write the formulas.

There are a few packages that have functions to calculate these metrics. A couple of examples are ModelMetrics and yardstick.
