Auto completion on new line

Hello,
I can't find where to enable autocomplete rather than 'tab' when pressing TAB after RETURN.
See this short video of the issue (I like to enter arguments in new lines, and I love autocomplete on TAB, I don't like having to go back after selecting an argument to put it on the next line).

In the video you see I get the suggestions when inline, not after entering a new line.
