Does anyone knows any tool to automate assigments grading with RMarkdown?
I was thinking about telling my students to write the exercises solutions in an RMarkdown document with named chunks and then I could automate grading. This is similar to what learnr does, but I think it's more adequate for interactive tutorial than for assigments.
I also found the exams package but It does not support code exercises.
