I’ve been given an assignment through university to do a ball mapper analysis with a data set I’ve been given. I’ve never used RStudio before so don’t have much of an idea on what to do and the information given by my lecturer has been very minimal. If anyone can provide an insight as to how to produce a ball mapper analysis comparing 2 variables in s data set it would be much appreciated. Thanks
