Beginners question

Hi everyone,
Sorry in advance if this is an obvious question but I'm new to R-studio as I'm looking to run a Multivariate multiple regression and cannot do so on the version of SPSS I have. I've uploaded my data set but can't figure out how to get R to see my variables as distinct variables.

@nirgrahamuk has far better eyesight that I do. Screenshots are seldom as helpful as a reprex. Please see the FAQ: What's a reproducible example (`reprex`) and how do I do one? Using a reprex, complete with representative data will attract quicker and more answers.
