Is there any non-obvious reason, this should be happening? I am now going on >5 minutes with a relatively speedy, by US standards, internet service provider. I see the deliverable is only ~6MB. Hard to know sometimes since I am working from mainland China which requires V-P-N to have proper access to external resources.
