Bug in RStudio Script Window Management

I am running the following (open source) release of RStudio

RStudio 2021.09.1+372 "Ghost Orchid" Release (8b9ced188245155642d024aa3630363df611088a, 2021-11-08) for Windows
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) QtWebEngine/5.12.8 Chrome/69.0.3497.128 Safari/537.36

on

Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎8/‎11/‎2020
OS build 19043.1348
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

I have noticed that when I have multiple scripts (or any other objects that can be displayed as tabs in the script window) open and I close or reposition the tabs, the keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl + Tab or Ctrl + Shift + Tab on Windows) will no longer switch between adjacent script tabs - they jump across the tabs in an un-intuitive order.

I am just wondering about the best way to report this issue to the RStudio dev team. I looked into opening a support ticket, but it appears that those are only for the Professional products. If anyone knows the best way to do this, please let me know. Thanks!
