Hi all,
I am using network analysis after studying Epskamp et al. (2018), to compare the clustering or scattering of different variables of two groups.
I plotted using network comparison plot and run some accuracy tests for each group, and now would like to calculate the weight of several specific edges of the two.
Does anyone know how to do that? I am open to different methods if that is a way to go as well.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
