Calculation inconsistencies - Shiny app

I am trying to do some calculations based on month, day and hour as follows:

I get the following three plots with the above code:

Definitely the plots do not make sense since transactions per hour are much higher than transactions per day or transactions per month. Likewise, transactions per day are much higher than transactions per month, meaning that my calculations are wrong some where. I am trying to count the number of Items sold per month, day and hourly.

I have attached a data set example. Kindly assist in resolving my problem.

Many thanks for your response and assistance. I have just done some quick check on the figures presented in the three plots and and they tally, meaning that the calculations are ok.
