Abstract: A call center dashboard tracking performance by agent.
Full Description: This is my first attempt at a bootstrap 4 dark-mode dashboard. It was created using shiny and bs4Dash and tracks single or multiple agent performance by their respective team lead. Core packages used include the tidyverse suite for data manipulation, ggplot & plotly for visualization and flexdashboard & shinyWidgets for added functionality.
