Can I do a meta analysis between two results, from different regression models?

I have some questions about my project
I want to get meta analysis between two research results (by SVM and by linear regression)

  1. Is this too small for doing meta analysis?
  2. Is it possible to get meta analysis by two different regression models?

I am almost new in R and data science. Your kind answer will help a lot
