Can i have multiple users using Rstudio IDE by connectuing to windows server

Hi

I have windows server 2016 that has R and Rstudio desktop .I need multiples users to be able to run Rstudio on this server.However they need to login physicaly as remote users to the wndows server.The showstopper is that remote connection to server allow only 2 users.I want to know if someone went through same issue and how he get resolved this obstacle.
