I'm trying to clean up workspaces used for last semester and one workspace refuses to delete. It keeps coming back with "Cannot move projects into authors personal workspace. User 456468 has no primary account." I've individually removed all projects and users but still get the same error.

Sorry you have encountered this issue. We have identified a bug that can cause users to end up in this state. I think I have fixed this particular case.
Can you try deleting the space again and see if you are able to remove this user?
