Cannot find the RStudio keybinding document

I read this article from RStudio Support.
I can find the document to record all shortcut settings in these paths.

~/.R/rstudio/keybindings/rstudio_commands.json
~/.R/rstudio/keybindings/editor_commands.json

But I find I don't have the two documents. Does anyone know what happens?

file.exists("~/.R/rstudio/keybindings/rstudio_commands.json")
#> [1] FALSE
file.exists("~/.R/rstudio/keybindings/editor_commands.json")
#> [1] FALSE

You first have to create one through the Tools | Modify Keyboards Shortcut by clicking into the shortcut field and entering a key combination. That should give you

cd  ~/.R/rstudio/keybindings
 $ 519:  l
