Cannot log in from browser (RStudio Server Open-Source)

RStudio server is being configured as follows

  1. Open Source Edition
  2. Evaluate RStudio Server Pro

I set up two servers on AWS EC2 (Amazon Linux) and ran a login test in the browser.
Evaluate RStudio Server Pro login successfully, but the Open Source Edition login screen is visible, but I can't login.
Open Source Edition Error: Rstudio Error: Could not reach server--check your internet connection

For reference, the same phenomenon occurs even if the proxy setting is also turned off in the browser and the test is conducted.

Does anyone has any solutions to this?

On-premises network (internal network office browser test ) <------ VPN ----------> AWS EC2 ( Evaluate RStudio Server Pro ), AWS EC2 ( Open Source Edition RStudio server )
