I can't access the project I am working on after passing limit working hours. It asks me to upgrade and I did. Then it says that "You should hear back from us within 8 business hours.", it has been 12 hours and the deadline of my project is on Monday, December 7th. There isn't a customer support, at least I can't find it for non premium users . The deadline is approaching, what can I do to at least export the file now so I can continue the work while waiting for the response?
