I am trying to download the arcpy package so I can create a union with multiple raster layers in RStudio. I have the latest version of RStudio and of ArcGIS. Any ideas?
It doesn't seem to exist a package called arcpy for R, is this a python package? how are you trying to install it?
Pretty sure arcpy is a python package (arc_gis - py_thon). You can use the raster package for raster manipulation in R.
