Cant install packages

Hello, I have installed Rstudio on my Macbook Pro macOS Catalina.
Every time when I want to install any package this error pops up.

Warning in install.packages :
unable to access index for repository http://cran.rstudio.com/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.6:
cannot open URL 'http://cran.rstudio.com/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.6/PACKAGES'

I already tried to change CRAN etc. But nothing I found so far has not worked.

Does someone have an idea?

Hi,

Do you have internet connectivity ? or are you behing a proxy ? a firewall ?

This type of error is encountered in such situations usually.
