Can't open my projects!

Hi, I can't open any of my projects:

i've tried from different browsers, and I've tried with relaunching... still nothing.
Can you please check?

Dear Karen,

unfortunately they are still not working. over teh last two days I've been only using the platform to try to open them but nothing, they didn't open up. Can you please check again? can you also please consider not "charging" the hours spent over the last two days to my account? I think you can easily check that I wasn't able to do anything because they do not open up.

Hello

We are having trouble reproducing this and aren't seeing any errors in the logs. Can you try opening these projects in an incognito window and let us know if the results are the same?

Good afternoon, unfortunately yes, even with an incognito window I can't manage to open my project.

A couple follow up questions:

  1. What do you you see on the screen? (A screen shot would be great.)
  2. If you open the developer tools (in Chrome, its Cmd-Shift-I) before trying to open the project, are there any errors in the Console?
