Change build in color name

Hi,

Is there a way to change the build in colors in R?
The way I mean is like one of my offen used color is #FF5B6B. Is there a way to specify that if I use "red" to a gg, then pick this instead of the original red?

I recommend instead of 'red' try 'coral2'
