Checkmarx and SonarQube with R shiny application

Hi all,

I have been using R shiny application since sometime. But never heard of Checkmarx / SonarQube in R shiny application. Could anyone please guide is there a way to use these in R shiny application?

I did some basic google research and came to know that Checkmarx does not support R. Is it so?
