CircleCI R-Lang Convenience Image

Hi R Admins,

I'm Jeff from the CircleCI team and we've gotten a request to create an R image for CI development. I have currently created a similar image to the base R docker image, but I would love to hear more and include feedback from the team on what else should be included within the image to help facilitate development with R. Additionally, I would like to know if anyone from the R Studio team would like to be granted Alpha access to the image to help test before launching.
