I am new to RStudio and am having difficulties performing the functions I want. I am trying to analyze a list of genes through clusterProfiler, specifically enrichKEGG and enrichGO. Can somebody provide an example of how I could run this package, starting at data upload and continuing to plot analysis? Thanks in advance.
