Conditional Panel for multiple Side Bar Panels

I have the following Side Bar Panels:

with the following two dateRange and text inputs:

44%20PM

How does one use the Conditional Panel to have the two above inputs appear in selected multiple Side Bar Panels only? I want these two inputs to appear in all Side Bar Panels except for Graph, Table and Data Table Side Bar Panels.
