Confusion matrix reduced model

Hi,
I am running some codes for the Confusion matrix reduced model using the InformationValue library and optimalCutoff function. Getting the below error.

Error in library(InformationValue) :
there is no package called ‘InformationValue’

It needs to be installed from archive. Index of /src/contrib/Archive/InformationValue
