I'm new to R studio, working on cooccur function for work. Trying to make a plot for species combinations but can't figure out how to make a separate data set to run the plot through.
I have 193 species entries but need to narrow it down to 12 species entries before I try to run the plot.
How do I extract the 12 species and place them in separate data sets.
