This very convenient feature enabled us to paste images directly inside the visual editor of quarto documents. It's not working anymore for me with the (windows 10) 2023.03.1 Build 446 Version of Rstudio.
Was this feature removed intentionally?

You should try latest version of RStudio IDE, and if you can reproduce I would open an issue directly in GitHub - rstudio/rstudio: RStudio is an integrated development environment (IDE) for R
