I discovered by accident that when I copy a table row from RStudio's data viewer and paste it into a Github issue, the row gets pasted as code for a GitHub-flavored markdown table, which is cool!
But when I paste the same clipboard into BBEdit, it gets pasted as plain text.
Is there a way to paste the table in markdown syntax into BBEdit?
How do I control in general which format the clipboard gets pasted?
I am on MacOS 13.4
