Copying from Viewer because I cannot save it as csv or txt file

Hello everyone,
I cannot save my data as csv or txt file. So, I tried to view my data using
View(as.data.frame(qm.exp, row.names = NULL, optional = FALSE)) line of code and now it shows me all the results in another tab. Yet, the problem now is that I cannot copy all the values of all rows and paste into notebook or excel or something.
