An .R script file is just a text file with a different extention, you can try to open it with the Windows notepad and simply copy the content into a new .R script.

Then sadly this issue falls beyond this forum scope, I suggest looking into general corrupted-files recovery.
EDIT: Actually, the last thing comes to my mind is trying with this package (if you have created that script on the same PC)
