This is probably an issue with the file path to your image. It is not found by pandoc so probably a wrong relative path from the Rmd file.

And others

There seem to be an issue in the way you are writing your Math. Some character are not supported. I don't know exactly how to write those temperature in TeX Math. You'll need to have a look at how write this
