could not determine the list of files to deploy for shiny app

Dear Rstudio community,

I have issue to select the list of files to deploy while clicking the "publish" button on shiny app (see the screenshot below). The error showed only when there are many files (~100) in the directory or subdirectory.

I used to be able to use the above windows to select hundreds files for deployment (to Connect). It just happened very recently. I did not upgrade my rstudio or R during the time.

Any help is welcomed!
