count() function with zero counts

Hi, I want to count incorrect responses for some participants. I have a data frame with subject, trial, and accuracy columns. I group_by() with the subject and then count false responses. But when I use the count() function from dplyr, it doesn't give me participants with 0 false responses. Then I have to add those participants manually. Can I add those participants with zero counts to the df automatically?

Please post some of your data and the code you are using. If your data frame is named DF, you can share the first 20 rows of it by posting the output of

dput(head(DF, 20))

Adjust the number of rows so we can reproduce your problem.
