Does anyone know if it is possible to plot a cox plot between groups adjusted for covariates? I have been using the packages: survminer and survival to plot a hazard model comparing two groups without problems. However, when I am trying to adjust for covariates I run into trouble because ggplot seems to plot each covariate as a separate comparison. I would like have a plot of the survival curves of two groups (similarly as in the unadjested model) and then adjusted for covariates (in other words, still comparing two groups).
