Create plot in quartz and impossible to save in jpg, svg like plots windows

Hi,

I try to visualize data in Rstudio with the same code. I just update my R version as new function that I need to use is available only in R 4.2.0, but now when I try to plot figures everything is going to quartz and I cannot anymore directly save in jpg, svg, tiff from the same image, but only pdf.
Could you advise me what I need to do to be able again to use the function "export an image" from your Plots window

I try to use

dev.new(RStudioGD())

but I have an error message

Error in .Call("rs_createGD") :
  C symbol name "rs_createGD" not in load table

This is my session.

Please, someone help us. I'm having the same problem. I was working with R 4.1.3, and I suppose that with an update in my computer it changed to 4.2.

I suppose you are trying to use a Rstudio functionality, R 4.2 uses a new rendering engine that is only supported on the latest RStudio version so you would need to update RStudio as well.
