Curiosity Question RE: "clear objects from the workspace"

Greetings all,
I like to "clear objects from the workspace" frequently when I change code, certain steps, etc. I use the broom push button symbol on the top middle of my environment box. This method requires me to run through a confirm box.

Is there a better way, or suggested way of doing this either by getting rid of the confirm box or otherwise?

What happens if you press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+F10? This will restart R and also clean your session.
You can also check "Tools" -> "Global Options" -> "General" tab to see if there is a check that you don't need.
