Deactivate RStudio check for packages update

The title might be misleading and I'm sorry if this is the case.

I developped a shiny application and it works just fine. The problem I have is when I've tried to use a recent version of RStudio server (using a docker image), this popup shows up when I open the RStudio project of the shiny app. Shiny is already installed (just not the most up-to-date version of it).

When I choose No, the app works just fine. Is there a way to get rid of this popup ? And why it keeps showing up ?
