Default library for package installation

Hi,

I'm new to Rstudio and it's a big learning curve...

Where can I set the default library for package installation? I don't seem to be able to change it in Tools=>Install Packages. Using RStudio v1.1.463 with R v3.5 in Ubuntu 14.04.
