While this is one of my favorite aspects of the language, I admit that I may have some potentially incorrect preconceptions about it. It would be wonderful to get some input from the rlang developers, who are much more proficient with the topic. The short summary is that we are trying to write up a summary excerpt and a wiki for the nse tag, but there is a little bit of disagreement about what should go into it.
